J&L Industrial & Forwarding Inc. began in 2003 in McAllen, TX mostly offering its services in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. Experience and professionalism have helped us reach customers not only in the state of Tamaulipas but to most parts in the Gulf of Mexico.

In 2006, after building strong relations with suppliers, J&L became an exclusive distributor for DHV Industries Inc. dedicated to manufacturing valves. After this agreement, J&L became recognized and started promoting its valves through annual oil-industry conventions throughout Mexico.

2007 was the year IIS de Mexico, SA de CV was established as our representative in Mexico to better serve our customers. IIS' participation within our corporate structure has helped us increase the quality of our door-to-door service letting us be closer to our suppliers and our clients.

We started to work alongside Fiberspar Corporation in 2008; leader in high-strength, fiber-reinforced tubular products for the oil and gas industry. J&L manages the logistics, import/export and delivery service linking Fiberspar to the final user. That same year, Comercializadora Grupo Arrgo became part of our team and strengthened us in the service area for import processes which has made us a leader in brokerage needs. J&L Industrial is constantly striving to strengthen relations with companies for the purpose of becoming more competitive, distinctive, and better recognized distributor within the oil industry in South Texas and Mexico.

We’re located on the northern part of the country’s main commercial bridge that connects Mexico and U.S. : Reynosa – Hidalgo/Pharr. Our integrated services are composed of a company in the U.S., company in Mexico, warehouse, customs agency and freight company. Our geographic position and integrated businesses create our competitve advantage.
